How long will I have to wait for my parcel?

The Post Office says 2 working days within France and 4-8 working days for delivery abroad, not taking into account strikes and bad weather nor exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and so on. In any case, we guarantee that your parcel will be posted the morning after you place your order at the latest.

Your connection to our website is protected by a 2018 bit RSA encryption. Mollie and PayPal are both PCI-DSS certified.

How to order?

Click on the “BUY” button at the bottom of the menu which will take you to our product page. Here you can read more about the product and, if you wish to buy, press “ADD TO BASKET”.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You can check out as a guest, but you will later need to have an account to use the Nifty Plate.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order we will send you your Colissimo tracking number. You can also track your parcel through your account.

How can I return a product?

In accordance with French law, you have 14 day from the day of receiving the product to change your mind and return the product. Only postal charge will apply.

What happens if my plate arrives damaged?

Simply send us a photograph by email and we will post a replacement free of charge. The traces without enamell on the back of the plate are not a manufacturing defect, but on the contrary a sign of quality craft: they are simply the points of contact of the plate with the oven during cooking.
